One of the first suspension sleeves to truly offer effective vacuum suspension, the Reinforced Clearline (SLR) from Alps continues to be the choice of many high activity users today.

The elasticity of the fabric cover still allows superior freedom of movement throughout knee flexion and yet at the same time achieves a secure suspension by sealing with the skin without restricting circulation. This combined with a high coefficient of friction creates a very responsive suspension system. Bunching behind the knee is reduced because of its 2mm thickness.

The SLR is able to do all this without having to sacrifice durability. One of the few suspension sleeves in the market than can be made custom, users now have options for pediatric and larger sizes.
